Project Coordinator
Orchestrate the seamless execution of projects by bridging the gap between design, manufacturing, and site installation teams.
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator is the pulse of our operations in Kannur. You will manage the timeline, resources, and communication flow for multiple residential and commercial projects. Your primary goal is to ensure that NUVARO’s systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exact specifications agreed upon.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Gantt charts.
- Liaise between the factory and site teams to synchronize deliveries.
- Track project milestones and flag potential delays immediately.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and handover files.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering.
- Proven experience in construction or manufacturing project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in the fenestration industry.
